Her work spans complex site selection, policy briefings on water and power legislation and regulation, and identifying scalable opportunities to integrate sustainability across operations.

With over a decade of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including nutrient recovery, treatment plant efficiency, and large-scale risk mitigation, Emily brings both technical depth and a strong ESG perspective to her work with us. Her prior experience in corporate sustainability enhances her ability to translate technical insights into actionable stewardship strategies for INFRA’s clients.

Emily enjoys running, exploring Chicago’s endless parks and breweries with her dog, and sharing sustainable living practices online.

Janice Loppe is a Sustainability Compliance Lead at INFRA, where she provides strategic guidance on evolving sustainability regulations, legislation, and disclosure frameworks. In her role, she enables INFRA clients to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while aligning infrastructure programs with both mandatory requirements and leading voluntary initiatives.

Janice’s professional background includes work in renewable energy and manufacturing, giving her a practical understanding of sustainability challenges across diverse sectors. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors including walking her beloved rescue dog.

Janna Coleman is INFRA’s Business Operations Specialist and Copy Strategist with extensive experience in brand narrative and technical communications. Her work focuses on translating complex products, infrastructure, and regulatory concepts into clear, credible language that serves both technical and non-technical audiences.

Alongside her work executing INFRA’s behind-the-scenes needs, Janna partners closely with subject-matter experts to shape content that supports growth, trust, and informed decision-making. She brings a detail-oriented, systems-level approach to her work and strives to create deliverables for technically sophisticated audiences without sacrificing clarity or tone.

Janna can almost always be seen reading, rock climbing, or walking a dog or three around in Austin, Texas. 

Jesse is a Data Scientist at INFRA, applying a background in mathematics and data science to complex infrastructure and environmental challenges.

With experience in field data collection and data analysis, Jesse has worked extensively with large datasets supporting renewable energy projects and wildlife studies. Currently pursuing an M.S. in Data Science, Jesse is focused on turning complex data into practical insights that help inform infrastructure planning and environmental decision-making.

Originally from Deep East Texas and now based in Austin, Texas, Jesse spends time outside of work running and birding around Town Lake, climbing, reading, and crocheting.

Rebecca Yap is the Financial Director at INFRA, ensuring the firm operates efficiently, sustainably, and with financial strength.

With extensive experience managing both private and government contracts and navigating the unique challenges of startup environments, she partners with leadership and technical teams to align strategy, operations, and financial performance, supporting business growth and long-term stability. 

‍

Known as a trusted resource and operational cornerstone, Rebecca keeps the firm running smoothly. When she finally takes a break from being the glue that holds INFRA together, Rebecca might be found listening to audio books, walking outside, hosting a game night, or practicing yoga. 

Una Wilson is an Environmental Research Associate at INFRA, supporting sustainability initiatives and infrastructure strategy through research and science communication. Her role centers on translating complex engineering and environmental systems into clear, decision-relevant insights that support both internal collaboration and external engagement.

Her current doctoral research in Earth & Environmental Sciences focuses on soil microbial ecology and mycology, bringing a systems-oriented perspective to questions of ecosystem resilience and sustainable land use.

Outside of work, Una is a tropical flora research volunteer at the New York Botanical Garden and enjoys taking long walks with friends to discover new parks and dance spots in New York City. At her apartment, you can usually find her spending time with her rescue cat, Pokito.
